Text Message Terms
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms cover the LenderScale text-message program. It sends two kinds of texts.
Texts to borrowers
If you answer one of our ads for borrowers and give us your mobile number, we text you to confirm that you want to speak with a lender.
Once you confirm, the loan officer we match you with, or someone on their team, may also text you. Those texts come from the loan officer, not from LenderScale, and the loan officer's own terms apply to them.
Texts to loan officers and brokers
If you apply on our site or book a call with us, we text you about your application, your call and LenderScale's service: links to book a call, booking confirmations, reminders before the call, and the offer of a new time if we miss each other. Someone from LenderScale may also text you directly to answer a question or find a time.
If you start the application and leave before you submit it, you haven't agreed to texts, so we email you reminders to finish it and don't text you. If we book a call for you another way, for example after a phone call or a message, we text you about it only if you've told us we may. Otherwise we email you.
How often
Message frequency varies with where you are in the process. We text between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your time zone, and never more than three times in a day about the same thing.
What it costs
LenderScale doesn't charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop LenderScale texts. QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE work too, and so does telling us another way, by email or on a call. You'll get one text confirming it, and no more after that; a request made another way takes effect within 10 business days at most. Reply HELP for help, or email us at lendflowleads@gmail.com.
Stopping our texts doesn't stop texts from the loan officer you were matched with. Reply STOP to their texts as well, or tell them directly.
Agreeing to texts is optional
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from LenderScale or from any lender.
Your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive LenderScale texts, and the record of it, is never shared with anyone. If you're a borrower, the loan officer named on the borrower form receives your contact details because you agreed to hear from them on that form, not through this text program.
You confirm that the mobile number you give us is yours, or that you're allowed to use it. If you give up or change that number, reply STOP first or email us.
Carriers
Mobile carriers aren't responsible for texts that arrive late or don't arrive.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.
