These terms cover your use of LenderScale.com and the forms on it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who runs the site
LenderScale.com is run by LenderScale ("we", "us").
What the site is for
The site explains LenderScale's lead-generation service for loan officers and mortgage brokers. Our ads and forms let people who want a mortgage ask to be connected with a loan officer. Our Disclaimer explains what LenderScale does and doesn't do.
No advice
Nothing on the site, in our ads or in our texts and emails is mortgage, financial, legal or tax advice. Talk to a licensed professional before you make a decision about a loan.
Information you give us
When you fill in one of our forms, you agree that what you tell us is true, that it's about you, and that the phone number and email address you give are yours. Don't enter anyone else's details. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with what you send us.
For loan officers: prices and your agreement
The site describes our lead packs, the ad spend and our guarantee. That description isn't an offer you can accept on the site: what you buy and what it costs are agreed with you before you pay. A written agreement with LenderScale can add detail to the guarantee, but it never gives you less than the guarantee on our home page.
Our content
The words, videos, images and design on the site belong to LenderScale or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view them and share links to them. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.
What you may not do on the site
Don't use the site to break the law, to send us false information or someone else's information, to collect information about other people, to interfere with how the site works, or to copy it with automated tools.
Links to other services
The site may link to services other companies run. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
No warranties
We provide the site as it is and as it's available. We don't promise that it will always work, that it will be free of errors, or that its information is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises about the site.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, LenderScale isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using the site, including lost profits and lost data. If we are liable to you for anything related to the site, our total liability is limited to what you paid LenderScale for the service the claim is about, if anything. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If someone makes a claim because of how you used the site
If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against LenderScale because of it, you agree to cover LenderScale's reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including legal fees.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the new version.
Ending access
We may suspend or end anyone's access to the site if they break these terms.
The rest of these terms
If a court finds that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, our Privacy Policy, our Text Message Terms and our Disclaimer are the whole agreement about your use of the site. If you're a loan officer with a written agreement with LenderScale, that agreement covers the lead service itself.
