Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what LenderScale collects about you, what we do with it, who receives it and how you can stop it. It covers LenderScale.com, our ads, the forms they lead to, and the texts, emails and calls that follow.
Who we are
LenderScale runs ads that help loan officers and mortgage brokers find people who want to buy or refinance a home or an investment property. When someone who answers one of those ads confirms they want to speak with a lender, we send their details to one loan officer, who pays LenderScale for each lead. We also run ads and use this site to find loan officers who want to become clients.
What we collect
What we collect depends on who you are.
If you want to buy or refinance (borrowers). Some of our ads are for people who want to buy or refinance a home or an investment property. If you answer one, we collect:
- your name, mobile number and email address
- which of our ads you answered, which tells us the area it ran in and the kind of borrower it was for (first-time buyer, self-employed, investor, FHA/VA or cash-out refi)
- your answers to our 5 screening questions: your credit score, your timeline, the loan amount, the loan type and your annual income
- your replies when we ask you, by text and by email, to confirm that you want to speak with a lender
Your answers are what you tell us. We don't ask for your Social Security number and we don't check your credit.
If you're a loan officer or broker. When you apply on our site, including from one of our ads for loan officers, we collect your name, mobile number and email address, and your answers to the application's questions about your business and your market.
If you type your phone number or email into the application and leave before you submit it, our form still saves what you typed, and we may email you to remind you to finish. We don't text you until you submit the application, book a call, or tell us we may.
When you book a call, we collect the time you picked and your time zone. If we record a call, we'll tell you before it starts.
If you become a client, we also keep the areas and borrower types you choose and the details we need to bill you.
We may also find loan officers through their public Facebook and LinkedIn profiles and message them there. If we do, we may save your name, your profile link and what you tell us in our contact records.
Everyone who visits the site. When you visit, some information is collected without you typing it: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you look at, and the ad or link that brought you here. It comes from cookies and similar tools from the companies that host the site, play its videos and run our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then not work.
We don't collect sensitive personal information as California law defines it, such as your Social Security number, your bank or card account details, or your precise location.
The categories, as California law names them
We collect these categories of personal information, from you, from your browser and from public social media profiles:
- identifiers: name, mobile number, email address, IP address
- the personal information described in California Civil Code section 1798.80(e): your annual income and your credit score as you tell us
- commercial information: the loan amount, loan type and timeline you tell us, and for loan officers what they buy from us
- internet activity: the pages you look at and the ad or link that brought you here
- general location: the area our ad ran in, never your precise location
- professional information: for loan officers, their business and market
We sell identifiers, the 1798.80(e) information, commercial information and general location when we send a confirmed borrower's details to the one loan officer matched with them. We share internet activity with Meta for advertising. We don't sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.
How we use it
- to run our ads, choose who sees them and see which ones bring in borrowers and loan officers
- to screen borrowers and confirm, by text and by email, that they want to speak with a lender
- to send a confirmed borrower's details to the one loan officer matched with them
- to answer loan officers, tell them about our service, set up calls with them and remind them of those calls
- to deliver leads to our clients and bill them
- to keep the records the law requires and to protect against fraud and misuse
Who receives it
The one loan officer we match you with (borrowers). Once you confirm by text and by email that you want to speak with a lender, we send your name, contact details, the ad you answered and your answers to one loan officer who works in your area and pays LenderScale for each lead. That loan officer, or someone on their team, may call, text or email you about a mortgage, including by automated texts. We send your details to that one loan officer only, and we don't sell or give them to any other loan officer or lead company.
The loan officer is independent of LenderScale. Once they have your details, their own privacy policy, and their employer's, covers what they do with them.
If you don't confirm, or tell us you're not ready to buy or refinance now, we don't send your details to a loan officer.
Companies that run parts of our business. We use other companies' tools to run the site, the forms, our texts and emails, our calls, our ads and our billing:
- GoHighLevel: our forms, contact records, calendar, texts and emails
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our ads
- Zoom: our calls with loan officers
- the companies that host the site and its videos, any tool we use to count visits to the site, and the company that processes our clients' payments
They handle your information to provide their service to us. Some of them, Meta in particular, also use what their tools collect under their own privacy policies.
People who work for us under contract. Some of our work, such as running our ads, may be done by people under contract with us. They use your information only for that work and only as we instruct.
When the law requires it, or the business changes hands. We may share information when the law requires it, to protect people or LenderScale from fraud or harm, or as part of a sale or merger of LenderScale's business.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some state laws count sending your details to a loan officer who pays LenderScale for each lead as a "sale" of personal information, and count ad tracking as "sharing". You can tell us not to do either: use the form behind the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of any page, or email us at lendflowleads@gmail.com. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to share for that browser.
If you're a borrower, opting out means we won't send your details to a loan officer, so we can't connect you with one. If your details already went to a loan officer, we'll tell you which one so you can ask them directly to stop contacting you or delete your details.
How to stop texts, emails and calls
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails, or email us.
- Calls: tell us on the call, or email us.
Stopping our texts and emails doesn't stop the loan officer you were matched with. Reply STOP to their texts, or tell them directly.
Your rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected and to have it deleted. Email us at lendflowleads@gmail.com to ask. We'll check the request comes from you by matching it to the email or phone number we have. Someone you authorize may ask for you. We'll answer within 45 days. If we turn your request down, we'll say why, and you can appeal by replying to our answer; we'll decide the appeal within 60 days. We won't treat you differently for asking. We may have to keep some records the law requires us to keep.
How long we keep it
- Borrowers: your details and answers for up to 24 months after you send them. The record of your consent (the form's wording, when you agreed, and your confirmation replies) for 5 years, because claims about texts and calls can be brought for 4 years.
- Loan officers who don't become clients: up to 24 months after we last hear from you.
- Clients: while you're a client, then 7 years for billing and tax records.
- Site visits: as long as the tool that collected them keeps them; where we can set it, no more than 26 months.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we'll keep only what the law requires.
Security
We keep your information in the business accounts listed above, which need a login to open. No way of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't promise it will never be seen by someone it wasn't meant for.
Children
Our ads, forms and site are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Other sites
Our ads run on Facebook and Instagram and our calls run on Zoom. Those companies' own privacy policies cover what you do on their services, and the same goes for any other site we link to.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
